Heard that the Mgt for this group of HCs going to split??
any true to it. No wonder Angel hc suddenly closed down. any bro want to take over Angel hc? or we all bros here share , so that we can employ the type of gals, service that we like. |

insurance is no big deal is not same as deposit. It is like BG, you have to put aside AND ETC ETC ETC. What fixture? Unless you intend to reno the whole place, if I am the one selling to you and you have the cheek to tell me you would not pay for fixtures, I will state a handover date and 1, 2 day before strip the whole place bare!
cash outlay for takeover lah like put your own deposit. I am sure they will not let you takeover and pay by instalments, but there is always unless unless reasons they might. They might have earned alot but that does not mean they will give up for free you know? |

it depends what are the components in the hypothetical 100K. Say it could be made up of fire deposit 50K, rental 2+1 50K, then there will not be any amount factored for fixtures or even goodwill per se.
In all lease, there should be a clause stating that the leasee must hand over/back in original condition ie all non original stuff must be dismantled, removed. The land lord may also then convert the space to other uses, not necessarily retain as a HC. Also, for bros who are interested in taking over HCs now or in future, you may want to check if the guy selling you has already collected monies for services to be used up later ie prepaid massages, membership fee. Unless stated you will inherit such liabilities. Someone must keep the HCs going, why not you? Ops too much stout for the night. Hic. |

Just go to Business Listing of the strait times and you will see that HC is selling out. Call the agent and he will blah blah you all the procedures. It is his code of ethics for the buyer and seller. Tanglin was on sale and now call for Angel. So easy to open one now but got clients or not??? Geylang sabo HC. HC sabo Tui Na. Tui Na sabo man's wife. Alamak So many HC aunties now come out open small shops with AV license. So much work no clients and the PDMM just open one like mushroom blooming. Why play russian roulette just choose the category for Geylang have a piece of mind protected by the Red Ber.. of Sin... and a good five course meal. May as well run Ice and your returns are bigger.
