I saw several chio girls walking into Farmosa Alishan KTV but damage is high from past bros description, pay for room and 1hr small room and drinks already 400-500K easily then girls overnight need >Rp1.2M meaning almost Rp2M in order to pick up a chiobu. I can go octopus twice. Any bros have other places with good quality just Short time let me know

Sedona has no signboard but behind City View hotel and opposite a coffeeshop, KTV with a red door. Most were booked when I reached 1pm and leftover 7-8 all rejects.
PermataIndah is the best for my taste, some fair ones and 1-2 Chinese Indo.
NewBerry lots of girls the most, but to me, all are rejects but OKT very friendly.

First trip here for a week, and yes I mention I copy and paste largely from everyone know which key bro whose the lead of this thread. I just refine it further and add on bits and pieces from all the thread our lead bro contributed. I learn from here and I contribute back, pay it forward that's all. Nope,not the slightest bit. Reason as in massage usually only cost between 50k to 70k per hour. I can always have another session and if not saticfactory,yet another session. And for your info,not all elephants,ugly ducklings or old witches are bad. I look for the 'oldest witch' to give me a good dick massage w/o cumming and then had another session in the same place with a prettier girl to help me cum. And if i am too tired after i cum,i can always have yet another hour of pure massage (by either the oldest witch or the prettier girl).

3 hours massage at 70k/hour = 210k

And today,i amm able to get all the King Massage girls from the 2 different shifts who were not on their off days to come to my room,hehehe... not all at one time but few by few in different times thru out the same day morning till evening becos at times, they do have other customers to attend to. (I only pay for one girl)

Agreed with you on varieties but they do advertise and i see their advertisement everytime i took the Horizon ferry to Harbour Bay,and asking people to buy the properties around that area. And according to records,not all their housing properties were sold off even after they have finish building for a few years. I heard from the locals that the price of the property there has came down,lower than the 1st initial start up pricing.

Honestly speaking,i think Harbour Bay area is a good location and there is a chance that they can beat Nagoya Hill area. They increase the pricing of properties and the rental in the area before they even stabilize all the basic amenities and infrastructure in that area.

1. 1st they need the human crowd. But they choose to cut away the other ferry competitors to monopolize the area. (Batamfast only have 4 timing to Harbour Bay)

2. 2nd,they may have some human crowd coming from Horizon ferries,but they couldnt retain that crowd. We can all ask ourselves,how many of us actually hang around Harbour Bay after we drop off from ferry? Most travel via Harbour bay becos it is fast enough and less crowded,not becos there is a mall or there is anything really good to see/stay around there.

3. 3rd,look at the restaurant around. They opens mostly at night,so that means people only likely comes by when sunset. But when sunset,most shops in the mall would already be closed.

4. 4th,lets not forget when we step out of Harbour Bay,coming back in means we have to go thru the Car Park Gantry,which can at times be a hindrance. And psychologically to many tourist,it signifies going back home,hehehe...and who wants to get that 'going back home' feel in the middle of their holiday?

5. 5th and the gravest of it all,Harbour Bay ferry terminal and Harbour Bay mall area has all the expensive overpriced things. Few simplest example,exchange rate conversion,cigarettes,tourist buy-home items/gifts? And what does that kind of impression gives you?

To me,its a chop carrot place that could likely be worse than Nagoya Hill Mall. I use 'apple' as an illustration here,name me any "apple" in Harbour Bay area that one can buy but yet i cannot get it at a lower price in Nagoya/BCS area (except of course the monopolized Horizon ferry ticket).

I am still shocked by seeing a Marriott (a Marriott! ) opening soon (soon?) in Harbour Bay.
With what prices? aiming at what target of customers? Is Harbour Bay a place deserving a Marriott?
I have been in Harris Resort once, and I cannot imagine such a good setup being possible at Harbour Bay. I must be wrong.
However, a Marriott in Harbour Bay means only that the prices in the area will be increasing.

I dont see a problem with the opening of Mariott Hotel around Harbour Bay area. Their targeted customers were of the deeper-pocket group and Horizon ferry do bring this type of customers over ,base on their ferry fare. And most hotels would likely have at least the basics under one roof.

You are not wrong.

I happen to come back from a Bintan resort with a man-made beach that cost S$290/night stay during a weekday and end of the day's total bill adds up to more than S$1k when we checked out after 3D2N. In indonesia,i believe hotels/resorts were able to survive with very very low occupancy rate hence even if there were not many people staying in it on a long term basis,there is no problem hanging on there (since manpower cost and maintenance is pretty low too). Their main earnings were mostly from the weekend crowd tho,which i believe.

Not forgetting on the whole,Batam still have its lure for even more tourists to come in time. And during ultra-peak season time today,there is still a shortfall for above average hotel rooms.

Just to confirm, watched Train To Bhushan last night at Harbor Bay Blitz. There is English subtitles along the Bahasa Indo one.
