Saw XinXin at the entrance and wanted her to service me initially, but she had an appointment, so I ended up being serviced by WenWen. Afterwards, she charged me $210 for the service. I was confused and mentioned that I thought the price was supposed to be $160 at this shop. She insisted on the stated price, and I relented because I thought I had made a mistake and had gotten the wrong shop. Fast forward to today, when I was checking through this thread again and realised I got cheated on the price. Probably will go back to visit XinXin and try the other girls too but going to blacklist WenWen.

Update: followed the advice of @vitagen01 and contacted baby, good service recovery and got the $50 refunded.

did you book directly with wenwen? or you chose her at the shop? from what i know the $160 offer is best to book through baby or lucky for first timers

Last time the yoyo also same .. charged more even the damage was caped at $160. Now bosses curb all nonsense…can go their telegram and ask for refunds.
