1654A is also 1 of my least favourite house in terms of layout. There is no partitions at all in the waiting area and everyone just sits face to face in the open area. Makes it very awkward and uncomfortable for someone who values privacy. The rooms are also located very closely to the main waiting area, which I really dun like

I prefer layouts like 1608 or 1606 where there are partitions/cubicles for customers to sit while waiting for the girls. And the rooms are all located deep inside the house which provides more privacy

Actually the layouts also show how much considerations the OKT has for his customers

Layouts like 1654A kinda reflect the owner's attitude towards customer - like I dun give a damm about your need for privacy, just pay and fuck off

54A building layout like a typical HDB 4room flat similar to opp 58A too..my fav probably 1669 last few big room all the way at the end of tunnel most privacy or the old 2831 ran by okt currently in 2033. Best room still goes to Thai house 1840 if I’m not wrong. They have VIP room for 2 shots packages..every room have LCD screen with timers

Actually if you can give half decent sex and have some knowledge of counselling, human nature etc it is a winning combination.

Talking about house layouts, my fave is the one along Lor 16 (sorry can't rem the numbers aldy) where the lady boss used to park her Jaguar at the front of the house.

The unit is 2 storeys where all the rooms are located on the upper floor. There is 1 big room at the corner with Jap design and a octoupus chair near the door

I remembered I used to fuck Tianxin raw inside the room. The room was damm spacious and atmosphere super erotic

Now it's converted to Viet house I think
