I have not been to KL HC for a long time but the last time i went there was months back and find it still no too bad but the quantity went down. For example, went to federal HC but they no long offer other nationalities like China, Rus, Viet etc... only local but one Indian chick quite chio and tall.

But overall the KL HC quite tone down liao.
