You confused HK with SG ? All those reasons you mentioned are applicable in SG under their Womens Charter ...... but HK laws not the same.

The hotel girls on 141, I find the ones around 1.6k to be some of the highest quality around, far higher quality than the Thai, Viet, and Chinese in Singapore. But I would offer a word of caution - please check the Chinese version of the site as the English version of the site misses out on a few details: 1. I have tried on 141new, but what I found is that, when I select English as language (there is a list to choose from), the page is automatically translated by Google.
To be clear, it is not me that I activate the Translate plug-in, but the site that sends me the page translated via Google.
Based on that, in English I see all the information provided by the original page, included the ones you list.
I would like to understand why we see different things...

I totally disregard the photos, which are always useless due to heavy editing, but I could see what addresses had girls, then go to explore directly those floors with pink light.
