Need advice
Hi, a question to ask. I had been encountering a layer of dull white stain on my penis except the outer skin since last week when i was cleaning it. its looks similar to the body skin dirt when rubbing against the skin.

May i know what is the reason that causes it and how it might be permanently removed as it comes by every 1-2 days.
