Malaysia law if kena "Tangkap Basah" at MP or HC

Dear all brother of SBF

I just want to know about Malaysia Law if when we goto MP, HC time, and sunddely MIB or those Local Authority come up and do inspection, we as a customer will be incharge? (masuk penjara? Denda?) sorry ar English damn bad...

So scare already coz got 1 experince at MP Puchong Kinrara, lucky i just lay in and the ML also no come in, even massage didn't start, the MIB come in to the premis and do a inspection. In what condition the MIB / Jabatan Agama Islam will charge us?

Any brother here is a lawyer, can share some Malaysia Law for this matter.

Very easy to settle. Just pay denda (ask the price first, then bargain with them, tell them you're tourist and with not enough money) on the spot.

Malay ML will be charge! Approx 3000 bucks for fine! Customers ID will be taken for ref! And later call to do some paper works! Just maybe 30-45min statement! Some might do it at the center MP than latter will ask u to leave!

The NL ML will have to follow to Balai and will be issue some papers to attend special classes and fine is a must!

Thanks for Brother Leeman information...that is the 1st worst experince in my life. But that day MIB didn't ask us show them IC...by the way...in what condition MIB only can fine us? I remember that day MIB just issue a notice outside the premis to ask owner close down shop. Coz OKT also like magic hilang the people...i thing mostly they do a movie to show show their officer look kuah...

They have no rights to 'sue' or 'saman' you if u r not muslim. so u must be firm. they will look at your face and threaten u if u look scare.

But they have rights to ask u to follow them back.. as witness and bla bla bla which u need to report, go back for the hearing... troublesome things...

so at the end.. they will wait for your 'special' question... "How can we settle this ?"....

just my experience.. not sure if other brothers got other view ?

i think this is a good thread. getting caught by HM or MIB is 2 of the worst thing that can happen to cheongster beside getting a STD, so i am sure every samster would want to know the "worst case scenario" and share some experience here.

too bad i do not have any useful info to share, so hopefully some senior bro here can enlighten us!!

i am still feeling uneasy everytime visit HC/MP that have PRC or other foreign (illegal) chics. i am sure getting caught with local ML and foreign (illegal) chic has totally different consequences. any bro care to share?

Well, this is really a useful thread. to me, i am also lack of this kind of information. hope to know more about it. usually, this kind of law seems not transparent to public.
really worse if ppl kena then threathen by HM o MIB under such unfair or disadvantage situation.

i'm maybe wrong but from my experience, MIB usually go for MP and Fuck joint while the jabatan agama usually go to the Hotels or Private House.. I think the jabatan agama dont have enough authority to ambush a public/commercial place unless they were escorted by an officer. But sadly most of the time they usually have escort. This jabatan agama will only cause u trouble if u r muslim. If the girl is muslim then its up to the girl family to decide. its more to 'adat' thing when u were caught with someones' daughter, u must be responsible but (i think) it is not stated in the law. one of my colleague was once caught with an ang moh.. both got fined but they never get married coz the parent don wan the ang moh as their in law and i heard many similar cases oso..
