Must apply thru OKT academy lor, take 3 moths lesson and at the end have to seat for practical and oral test, if pass give u a triangle sign to hang in front of your chest. After 1 year no complaint from clienst and gals you will be promoted to OKT class II.. then slowly upgrade to OKT class I and so forth.. highest is General OKT if you can achieve, but SG only have 1 i think
