Shaving it makes it look cleaner and longer but the problem is the more u shave the area of hair growth will be larger. you will ended up more bushy if one day you got lazy to shave

I've been shaving over 10 years. Recently bought the Philips SC2002 IPL system and have been using it just over a month. Seems to work pretty well. Reduce the growth quite a lot.

I bought the Philips IPL on ebay. I think it was around US$500+ including shipping. I thought of going to one of the "pro" places for IPL, but they quoted me the price for close to $3k for 6 sessions. Maybe cheaper now, as this was a while ago, when I asked for the pricing.
