HJ $30 is good. Also, $100 for 1.5 hrs all in is also can. $40 is high esp if entrance fee is $50/hr. So far, I try SB lobangs which are good. I put up my 'ok' sign and tell them $30. Don't want is ok. It is just demand meeting supply at price.
