Of course it will happen again. There are millions of people the world over with heart conditions that have gone undetected because there are no obvious symptoms.

I just wonder what's the point of arranging this "match", which appeared to be more like a clown show to me, and am surprised people actually pay money to watch it.

That Indian dude had certainly being too serious towards that "match" and eventually costed his life. I mean, what's the point he was trying to prove? When he felt his body cannot take it no more, just surrender and step off.
