Guess a so called Liverpool fan will label an asshole convincing another asshole?

Looks like Coutinho was so desperate to go to Barca that he apparently has committed to paying £11.5m of the fee simply to ensure there were no late hitches with deal and that he had already paid out about £9m

Actually, if this story is true, think Nike maybe the one providing the financing. Barca, Brazil and Coutinho all under Nike deals where as Liverpool is with NewBalance

You can't blame him . He had given 5 years of his life to Liverpool and have not won anything . He is desperate to leave to go where he can be winning trophies .

Suarez gave his best n finished the season with Pool, that's the difference! He did not jump ship halfway unlike that asshole who was so sneaky n quiet about the whole thing which left many fans shocked n disappointed. Imo,it was alright for a player to leave the club but it was the way n manner which he went about doing it!

Coutinho openly voice out he wanted to leave, the whole world knows, less dragon and lion dance announcing, even my 10 yrs old cousin knows... what is the "sneaky n quiet"? What did he do wrong on leaving Liverpool? both clubs agreed on the price, Liverpool can block the sale anytime.

I am might be wrong, BPL footballers are insured from injury. If the player is injured, insurance will pay for the wage.

I do not see any substance from u either! No one is arguing here. I am just stating how I feel about the situation. U have every right to disagree n so do I. Like I said, we can agree to disagree.. Happy Birthday to Lucas Levia . Now that Coutinho is no longer with Liverpool Klopp need to come up another strategy to cope without Coutinho .The team will initially struggle but I am pretty sure the team will be professional and pick themselves up and continue to pick up positive results . It is all about team work . I hope FSG and Klopp will spend wisely and get the right player.

Some people keep harping on the fact that Coutinho has left because Liverpool did not win any silverware during the 5 years he was with the club.

Well in the 2015/16 season during Klopp's first season(well part season), Liverpool got into 2 cup finals. On both occasions, Coutinho was quite lacklustre, particularly the Europa Cup Final where he went missing. So its not all one way street.

Back to our present situation, looks like Klopp shall not buy unless he get's the player he wants. The other thing I noticed is that Klopp is not relying on one playmaker, he talks about the team as a whole (even when Coutinho was with us) which is a good thing.

We shall lack the creativity that Coutinho brought to our game but I think this shall be replaced with more power, press and speed from our remaining 5 attacking players: Firmino, Salah, Mane, Lallana and the Ox.

Hopefully Klopp will use the rest of the players wisely and keep them fresh.
Summer is a good time to start the signings.
1 good goalkeeper and 2 to 3 quality players will be nice.
