I was thinking maybe the hotel staff oso act as spy for AV. If they suspect illegal activities gg on they have to report so as to cover their ass. That's y they can take those gals on the street with enuf evidence collected from CCTV, witnesses, etc.

AV.. licensing.. and ICA very hot these few days.. i was at a filipino pub this past wednesday nite when licensing and AV raided.. and its very early.. only about 7.30 pm..

checked all the filipina gals.. all were asked to leave the pub immediately.. even those who have valid work permits..

pinay.. PRC.. viets.. thais.. i think all treated the same..


there are some things that are legal and they cannot act: -

1. as long as they have a valid visit pass they are legal to be in singapore

2. it is absolutely legal to go out for lunch.. date.. even go to a hotel together.. nothing wrong wif that.. even if caught in the act in hotel room also legal as long as they have a valid visit pass and not proven to be soliciting or working..

3. even if in pubs.. it is absolutely legal for these gals to go for drinks.. nothing illegal about that..


now.. wat is illegal: -

1. those on social visit pass cannot be working or under employment

2. soliciting is illegal

3. they cannot be staying in apartments.. be it in geylang balestier etc.. the law states that these residential apartments are not meant for short-term stayers and maximum 8 occupiers unless a family nucleus..


the bad thing here is.. while we always hear the term "innocent until proven guilty".. its sad to note that this phrase is not valid in singapore.. the authorities have the absolute power to apprehend detain and question anyone.. so on this note the gal must be smart and courageous enough to be firm and say that they are not doing anything wrong.. if they have a valid visit pass and is not caught to be doing anything illegal..

and finally.. the gal must be firm and say that they have not done anything wrong.. if they really have not lah.. i know one gal who has a work permit as "entertainer" in a pub.. got hauled up during the raid.. reported to embassy.. and the police got to offer her an official apology..

Prostitution is legal in Singapore.

The irony is that hotels are not allowed to have their premises used for prostitution.

Most Hotel 81's (except those in Geylang (only because they do not write down names)) will not allow the same girl to check in twice to the same location even for transit.

They assume (quite rightly so) that if a girl fucks a different man on the same day, she is a whore.

Bro nowadays SPF also cannot make it la. They raid hotels like Miami Vice... I had a fren who was with his mistress once, Chinese but long time ago become citizen. Both working normal jobs but when SPF came they just insulted the lady just because she had Chinese accent.....
