I still remember when I was young, my father used to drive us to this A&W at Bukit Timah Road. The restaurant is built on the center big drain. My father would park the car by the restaurant, and the waiter will bring the food to you and have a tray hook up by the side of the driver's window.

There was once a robbery over at this restaurant and the robber fire a shot, and it fly through the restaurant window....Amazingly, the window did not shattered, but just a hole there.....

I only remember those double decker red seats bus... and at a later stage, they come out with the blue seatings, but the height is much lower....

I still remember during my secondary school days, I used to take bus 31 from Kallang to Tampines... This bus is a round route bus meaning, going from Tampines Interchange to Kallang, make a turn and go back to Tampines.

Bus 31 will pass Katong, where there are a few girls school.... These gals will always take the bus to Kallang and back to Tampines... At that time, my favourite seat is the first seat you come up from the stairs. One time, I board the bus and proceed to my favourite seat, but it is occupyed by some TKGS gals... very cute and chio, I forgot that the bus is the blue seat type, which is lower.
