Lor 14 you will see lots of them standing at the road side. they normal go for $60. Be sure to ask whether RM and CD included.
In between Lor 14 and Lor 12, there are nicer one... but its $80.

Lor 12 you will see 5 to 7 PRC standing opposite Hotel 81, they are $70 Including RM, i think CD is not included. Haven't been there for so long...
$100 (Fish Tank PRC in Geylang)

Lor 20... forgot the house number, but you will see pink lights if they are operating. They cost $100 for 40 mins. Never tried them, hope you guys can provide FR from the fish tank PRC.

Just to add on to the list, U all can try Lor 28
PRC ranges S$71-81 with Rm n CD
Spot some gals hanging around Lor 30 but yet to aproach them. Any bros knows where they r from? Some looks like Chinese while some looks like malay.
