For GL legal house, dun ever have to worry about parking. Sometimes OKT or assistant can even help to valet park my car if got no avail slots outside the house.

And you can alway see the WL in person, actual looks, figure etc before deciding to proceed. No bait and switch nonsense like those Dome 2 fls and spas (some of them)

Also every room have a proper bathroom and lots of clean towers which I really appreciate. Some of those condos or spas which I have been really have questionable hygiene pratices

It is really the clean towels that is washed by a commercial laundry. Really need that big ass washing machine with hot water and proper detergent to clean off all the yucks.

That matters a lot to me. I don't know is that some DSC requirements but I glad GL uses commercial laundry. Make it like hotel-grade.
