Part 10: Interview
Was lazying at home, reading my comics, when received a number from my pager. Called back the number…

Me: Hello. Who call pager?
Girl’s Voice: Are you Birdie?
Me: Yes. Who’s that?
Girl’s Voice: My name is Gina, and I’m from XX agency.
Me: Oh. Ok. I’m expecting your call.
Gina: Yes. Will you be free this evening at 7pm?
Me: Sure. No problem.
Gina: Ok. You have a pen and paper with you?
Me: Hold on…

I started to dig a pen, and grabbed a piece of paper.

Me: Ok… I’m ready
Gina: Ok. The address is XX XX XX XX
Me: Ok. I repeat. It is at XX XX XX XX Right?
Gina: Yes.
Me: Ok. See you at 7pm
Gina: See you then.
Me: Oh ya. Any particular attire I need to wear?
Gina: No need. Just wear casually will do
Me: Ok. See you then.
Gina: Bye

I hang up the call, and continued lazying around till it’s almost time, before I headed for a shower, and headed out of the house. I reached the place at around 6.45pm, and decided to pop a cigarette to relax and calm myself down. After puffing, I headed into the building, and took the lift to the mentioned floor. The building was kind of old, and seems ulu. I reached the unit and pressed the bell as the glass door can’t be seen through. Suddenly, a ‘beep’ sound came out from the speaker at the door side.

Girl’s Voice: Yes? Who are you looking for?
Me: My name is Birdie, and I’m looking for Gina.
Girl’s Voice: Oh. Come in.

The door unlocked, and I headed in. I recognized the voice that it was actually Gina’s voice. Anyway, the place was quite dark, and it’s kind of small, separate with few rooms, and table. While I was looking around, and searching for Gina, just then a figure emerged from one of the room. Though it was kind of dark, but still can see a tall, slim figure standing outside at the door, waving at me.

I approached the figure, and to my surprise, she’s a beautiful lady, but perhaps her age is kind of old (Guessed about 35 yrs old)

Gina: Hello. I’m Gina
Me: I’m Birdie. Nice to meet you
Gina: Nice to meet you too. Come in.

I headed in and she closed the door and offered me to sit on the chair, while she sat opposite of me.

Gina: We received the contract from XX School already, and as you know, starting from today onwards, you will be working for us for 1 year.
Me: Yes. I understand
Gina: Before I proceed further, still need to let you know, and brief you again how we work.
Me: Sure.
Gina: We are a company or agent, providing clients with Tantra Massage. Our client consists of male and female, but of course, from the contract you signed, you only accept female customer right?
Me: Yes.
Gina: Ok. Frankly speaking, we have more male customer compare to female. And even female customer, may not accept male therapist. Meaning you won’t earn that much compare to other male who accept male clients as well.
Me: I understand.
Gina: Great. Also, our company runs using Point System
Me: What does it mean?
Gina: Well. Each individual will have a certain amount of point, which is at 10. Every session you conduct, will add 1 point to your main. When customer feedback and it turns positive, you will earn another point. If feedback is negative, you will deduct 2 points.
Me: Oh…
Gina: And if points reaches zero, means you will be told to leave.
Me: Ok…
Gina: Of course, if you are still within the contract period, and was told to leave, you will need to compensate the company as per contract stated.
Me: Got it…
Gina: And if you reach 20 points, you will be awarded with 1k. Next 20 points will be awarded 2k. And next 20 points will also be 2k. Meaning we caps at 2k.
Me: Wow. Ok…
Gina: Of course, if you got your 20 points, and got your reward, and next you got deducted to 18 points, and hit 20 points again, you won’t get the 1k again.
Me: Haha. Understand.
Gina: Beside that, you are not allowed to engage customer at own self. If caught, you will be terminate with immediate effect, no matter how many points you earn so far.
Me: Ok…
Gina: You will receive 50% commission of the duration for every session you conduct. Of course, there’s no need to surrender the tips to the company in which the customer give you.
Me: Ok
Gina: Any other question?
Me: Not really for now.
Gina: Ok…
