I like the v thin and springy noodles and the a little charred char siew. However, surprisingly, I think the best dish here is the dumplings (水餃). V generous fillings with tasty minced pork, whole shrimp and black fungus.

This vegetarian bee boon is breaking the $2 barrier.
The Bukit Gombak neighborhood may not be convenient to many but they sure have good and cheap gems all over. This neighborhood also has a lot of Malay food choices.
During my recent trip there I was treated to a freshly cooked hor fun and added the mock goose, black fungus and mock sweet and mock pork ingredients to sample.
Very good portion ; very good vegetarian culinary skills.
