Sometimes bring out for supper I hear them complain amongst themselves in their dialects about bros giving 30... Say 抠门儿小器鬼etc I laugh to myself. as if we don't know must tip more for those we really like... They also not very smart... Sometimes like the bro above say, is out of courtesy we 走个形式纯粹按循例 give a bit only. Never drink never play friendship tip not good enough? Personally for girls I like I will tip above market, so next time if I decide to change portfolio I will gradually drop my tips until one day it hits 30 they will get the hint and stop coming in. Even if they don't my stoploss is 30 which is fine. Some days I take 4-5 and do tiered tipping when I decide which one to keep at the end of the night, and the hit rate is quite high for the one who I tipped the most... They appreciate these little things even though they might not even know the other girls. I guess everyone likes to feel appreciated

Btw I did the math for the rental yield of the units upstairs... Got money should buy it and rent to the girls... Fucking after you factor in utilities, minimum can still take home minimum 5k month!!! For such an old and dilapidated place it sounds like a pretty good deal!
