Place was already rundown when I visited in July 2013. That time got many people even on week days during the afternoon, counter and canteen filled with male smokers, I could see many WLs walking in and out.

For the increase to RM228 this year which I think is not justified, I would go somewhere else that offer new facilities, more comfortable, quieter, more choice of food and served with much better & friendlier captains.

Not only since 2pm..... my worker who lives in Kulai leaves his home @ 6.15am and usually clears Singapore Immigration by 7am..... have his breakfast at the food court opposite our workplace and always in the office before 8am. However for the last couple of days he still have not cleared Immigration at 8am and reaches the office after 9.30am..... super long queue and on the ball checking by the authorities :mad:

After reading thru this forum for a while, I made first visit to BW last weekend. Thanks to detailed guidelines & info contributed from you all, everything went well though I was alone.
