[Help needed]:Smelly dick but tested negative for HIV and other STDs.

Any thoughts on what could be the cause?

Already tested -ve for HIV, Syphillis, Gonoherrea and chlamydia.

Any advice appreciated.

Sometimes its the food you have eaten.
Go for light flavour food, white meat preferred than red meat.
After few days should be much better.

Or it can also be some minor infection.

Take care.

Besides STDs, what other infections can cause a smelly/fishy dick? The smell is only bad at the end of the day.

Do wash it everyday, so don't think it's a hygiene problem.

It's caused by the accumulation of smegma.

Get yourself circumcised it will solve the problem permanently.

circumcision+personal hygiene(washing) will remove the smell

Yes it will and I'm speaking from first hand experience.

A circumcised dick is as fresh as a daisy even after being out in the bush for a whole weekend without a shower.

Here's a tip: STDs do not cause your dick to become smelly.

The reason your dick smells is probably the same reason your armpit smells at the end of the day. Build up of bacteria, fungus, sweat residue and sebaceous material.

Nothing some good hygiene and powder can't cure.

I also agree with boss. A circumcised penis is always clean.

have heard repeated advice from the DSC doctors not to wash it with soap, any particular reasons why?

Any powder or shower gel you will recommended?
