Do some research about them and how to get them into your system daily, so you can slowly get your mood out of this depressed state. The 4 things I did to be happily drugged daily were sex, exercise, doing difficult work and overcoming them and lots of sleep.
Meantime besides the above, try to distract yourself with a goal, like for example, to earn $300000 income in a year. The distraction will also keep your mind off all the negativity.
So for example, if you're visiting prostitutes, don't think that you're doing it cuz you're a loser, but just enjoy the sex and let the happy drug calm you after the deed. Same for exercise or doing difficult work or sleep or just plain achieving $300000 income.
