I think they prefer those 3 stars hotels. Most short stayer chosen this type of hotels. Got bathtub, I like.

If I’m not wrong, after getting caught, their passport will be confiscated.
Hence, unless some WK book a hotel for them to work (which I doubt many is willing), else the only place they can stay is MW hotel or agent unit if there’s any available.

With such a technology our ica have. Dont think there is a need to confiscate the passport.
