If I can, I always go one level up and walk down the stair to the ml place. When I saw someone at the lift lobby or corridor, I walk away and come back later. If that guy is still there, I text the ml and let her know.

iCA not AV . Some of their info is based on tipoff by disgruntled customers who feel shortchanged. Condo unit etc all provided. 2 ML I knew years back got fished by ICA staff posing as customers. And 1 apprarently had good record. With advancements in AI i am sure they can match girl photo in SLG & ICA record to target them. They also listen to the chatter here closely. And i believe thats why ruan ruan was fished & caught so early on the return.
