The solution to [I]2. is to bring along a sarong. Just grab it and run for yr life and use it to cover yr body after getting out of shooting range. Alternatively, put the sarong in yr car. If u don;t have a car, hang it somewhere downstair and retrieve it on your way out.

There is definitely no time to put on yr clothes no matter how easy it is to put on in a situation like this.
