Problem getting hard

Need some advice from bros here. I am in my early 30s. I do not have a very high sex drive all along. But i still have regular sex with my wife (about twice a week only). However, i realise recently that i get tired easily after sex. In fact, i usually get exhausted after 1 session beome soft and can't get to erect for a 2nd round. Is this normal? Any recommended suggestions to have a longer erection or any herbs or medication? I do not wish to take viagra as i am worried about side effects. Anyone advice from bro here??

TS if u do 2x every week, i.e. 2x52weeks per year = 104 times/year. According to survery I read earlier, you r performing above average Singaporeans. May b u should tone down on your making love with your wife since your sex drive is not so high.

I got friends who are in their 30s cannot erect, he never tasted wild flowers b4& he almost did. But he did something right, i.e. "Communications"....be honest with your wife, seek her understanding, do not pressure yourself to be too demanding. His wife understand his problems & now they are enjoying their sex life as he's doing it with less pressure.

When we r getting old, quality is more important than quantity.

It's probably a combination of stress, routine and pardon me for saying maybe a but sian doing with the wife. If you are healthy then it's definitely in the head. You can get the orange or blue pill but at twice a week...you sure you got a problem?

Actually, TS is not alone facing this problem. I am ok doing with my girl but have problems doing with WLs unless I know them long enough. Even the pretty and sexy type still can't get me up.

Bro, i totally agree with u. Recently i tried a WL, after my 1st shot, rested a while and wanted to continue my 2nd shot, but just couldnt get it up. I am starting to worry if this is aging problem or there is really something wrong with me.

Exercise! That helps improve blood circulation. Welcome to the process of aging. I think your worry isn't about frequency (since you have sex at least twice weekly). Your worry is about your recovery time in between shots. It's normal that you will take a longer time to recover for your 2nd shot as you age. Regular exercise and no PCC helps you to recover faster for your 2nd shot. An attractive partner helps too. Is she getting fat and saggy?

It's a head thing end of the day... Different people have different head problems... Amongst my friends some can do with OC but can't do with WL...they need the familiarity or chemistry to get it up.. Then there is the other group that can do with WL cos it's an excitement but can't do with OC cos it's routine.... So is the best cure to eat Tim sum ie a little of everything or as the health experts say everything on moderation?
