can any of u tell me if i will get into trouble with the law,
if i marry a vn girl, apply for a long term visit pass for her, and she gets caught working? vice or non-vice?

i checked ltvp holders must still apply for work permits to work in sg.
but i suppose if she gets caught working, the security deposit and guarantees will be forfeited..
cos if she works, she can bring back some dough ahahaaha

Foreign spouse holding a LTVP is not eligible to work and CANNOT work.If she work,she is deem to have break the law.

LTVP holder can work if her employer apply a work permit for her and her LTVP will be replace.

If her work permit is approve by the authority and work in that company,is ok but if she go and work other place (decent job),is not allow.If get caught her work permit will be cancel and she is also deem to have break the law and dont talk about vice

What job u want her to do,if as WL,then i think u better think twice.Is not the security or deposit is your name will be tarnished.If she offer u some money for u to marry her so that she can work as wl here,u better think twice and if u marry her but hope she can work as WL to support the income,seriously as a man,i think u better dont marry

if you are faking the marriage, it not worth it.

if not, don't risk destroying her chance of staying here. she will have a hard time getting her PR next time. if it is vice related job, i can't imagine why a husband will allow her wife to work as a whore. different stroke for different folk.
