am intrested to know more about the work permit n visas n stuff the prc gals do to come sg

i have gals n quotas.
dun know hw to get started
any kind hearted souls n bros can enlighten

Before u move in to this trade, you must be mentally prepare to go JAILED 1st....I have seem afew of these brokers, enter in & taken our SG FREE MEALS....are you a ex-jailer? If yes, you can enter longer inside. ARE U PREPARE?

If the FW is not a Malaysian, you are also responsible for:

* Putting up a $5,000 security bond in the form of an insurance/banker's guarantee:

- As the security bond is signed between the employer and the Government, the FW is not required to pay the security deposit. (in your case, the prc has to pay the security bond.)

- The Security Bond Form (Immigration Act/ Chapter 133) must be signed by the Partner/Sole Proprietor. For Prviate Limited Companies, it must be signed by a member on the Board of Directors/General Manager. The signatory's name must appear in the ACRA printout. If signed by any other persons than the above, an Authorisation Letter from a member on the Board of Directors will be required.

* Ensuring that the security bond had been furnished for the foreign worker prior to his/her arrival in Singapore, failing which entry into Singapore will not be allowed.

In addition, you should ensure that the FW's welfare and interests are well looked after.

These include non-statutory requirements such as:

*
Proper orientation; and
*
Provide for the FW's social and recreational needs.

Yup, I know, but there is a loop hole for what he say...."work permit n visas n stuff"

Legal business is WP/SP, not visas....unless you are a travel agent of ICA.

i just want to earn the money they pay to come here
heard many agents doing n its a lucrative trade
i wont be living off them

jus wan to earn my money which they pay to agents to come in

They wont just pay a one time fee.
There's also a monthly maintainance fee that has to be paid throughout their stay here.
So how u apply dun wanna live off them theory now?

I get your point bro, but sure $$ is not for you to earn, I seem many agents doing are mostly Ex-Convicts....They don mind been caught if they are legally charged, as they have experience in SG CP liao...If you are clean, I think it better for you to think more how to earn $$ from casino biz..it rather better, just what I'm doing now...
