Sharing my experience with a 3o plus housewife who part time as a property agent.. She lives in Toa Payoh Lor 1 near the market area.

I met her, Irene when our company needs to rent a room for our colleagues from Malaysia. So i was there to negotiate rent and sign documents.

I couldnt forget Irene and a few days later had the opportunity to pass her the cheque... we decided to meet at HDB centre at Toa Payoh..

After waiting for 20 mins at the McD i still dont see her so call her on her phone

KS - "Hello Irene?"
Irene - "Hello KS, sorry i was about to call you. My daugther's school bus came late to pick her, so i have to wait till the bus comes."
KS - "No problem Irene, i understand..tell you what why dont i go over your place since i drive so you dont need to rush here."
Irene - "But will that trouble you?"

When i reached the unit, my heart was thumping so hard with excitment...
She opened the door and apologise for making me waste a trip to HDB centre.
