as a doctor i should tell you that keeping it clean is must and you should change your condom after the anal when doing it the regular way. make sure you have done the bowl for the day and do not feel like going it again. Spread yourself and use mild hot water with some purfume to clean your hole....put in your finger couple of times and wash it well.

When doing anal use a good quality lube and ask the guy to go in slowly.....size does matter and it will prevent damage to internal wall. Relax your pelvic .......
