that is not a sex forum... It's more of a girl's forum though...
It's been existing from long period of time...

there's a section which is known as 'sex topic'... yes. Girls with ic can registered and surf that particular section immediately... guys can do it too, with 1000 post if I remembered correctly...

But frankly speaking, no point and waste time in posting to surf that section...

Seriously, the forum algorithm can tell the gender of the registrant just by the IC number? They would have to have access to the database which I presume is held by the government? This better not be true man, then there's no anonymity anywhere! Clowns everywhere would want this access eventually.

I read somewhere before the last alphabets of our IC belongs to either male or female.. For example mine ends with A, no women in Singapore will have one that ends with the letter A.

Our IC number if added up also equates to the the alphabet or something.. One of my client calculated it before for me to see. Lol..

system or Payroll system only, released by a certain government agency only.

Imagine having a hacker hacking their registration database and posting
the NRIC details somewhere else, I'm sure flowerpod will get a BIG slap by
their members... The NRIC can be used for creating barcodes to borrow
books from libraries, etc.

My S.O.'s NRIC ends with A. If what you said is true, this confirms the nagging suspicion I have all along. Her "operation" fail!

If not wrong, only the admin can access... But one thing weird is that... if you key in wrong ic number, the system can tell if you entered correct or incorrect...

Eg: S1234567A (Yours)
You keyed in: S1234568A

It will shown as error....

I doubt so... I have friends who are male or female having the same alphabet.. So I doubt certain alphabet are for male or female only...

But heard its' the last few digits of your ic that determines it... No proof of it though...

The alphabet at end of your NRIC is a checksum.

so if u anyhow key in an NRIC number the system might realise that its a fake because the NRIC number you enter will fail the checksum.

its a similar system with credit cards i believe.

ya.. but im pretty sure that the numbers in your IC adds up to form a certain thingy, one of my ex client got hold of another agent's IC number and did the formula in front of me to prove that the IC number is a legitimate one. =\

my fren told me that after u send the ic the admin will view then consider allow u or not. So is 50-50 if any guys wan to go in see see

Hopw about the last alphabet in our vehicle no. plate? Should it be some similar logic?
