need some advise

hi bros,
here is the story:
i met her 3 yrs ago in VN, was together until now. planning to get married and apply PR for her. she came to singapore to work (KTV) 5 yrs ago holding her aunty's passport (because she underage do not have passport) and got caught (caught for working not holding another passport) and send back to VN. now she got her own passport (brand new no entry to any country).

question:
under the PR application form i saw this 3 line. should i fill in yes? or no?
any imprecation if i put yes? (like will ICA bring up the issue that she was entering singapore using another passport during that period and charge her)

1.Been asked/required to leave Singapore or any other country?
□ Yes □ No

2.Been refused entry into or deported from Singapore or any other country?
□ Yes □ No

3.Have you or has any one of the persons included in this application ever entered Singapore using other Passports and different Particulars?
□ Yes □ No

any bro do feel free to post your piece of advise, will appreciate all.

then is she in sg now? did she come in sg using her brand new passport before?

Bro, no chance for her to apply for PR
In spore anymore.
When she was arrested, they have already
kept her finger print that was
attach to her aunty passport.
When applying for PR, they will take
her fingerprint for scanning to see
whether she have any previous record
in spore. Once she put her finger on
the thumb print reader. Automatic her
Ex passport photo and detail will surface.
She will be charge for using fake/false
passport to enter spore. Will be jail 40 days.
Not to mention about applying PR, even
when entering spore immigration, there
are chances that they will ask her scan
her fingerprint too. If that happened, same
charge and same sentence as mentioned earlier.

Thats correct ... however .. I did not answer the queries coz if they are not married ... its a waste of to answer ... as long as they are not related ... whether or not she commit any offences ... there is no way for him to apply PR ...

Thank you guys for replying, not yet married but planning to.
I have ask alot of people and heard of 2 other cases about the same as mine.

1. Female using other passport, applied for work permit. Permit expired, use her own passport enter sg, got pregnant with sg guy, went rom and got married. Got caught at hospital when delivering child, deported and bar 1 yr. After many appeal now she enter with long pass.

2. About the same as above, not pregnant but got married. She got charged and jailed....

Nope not in sg and never enter sg with new passport, I told her not to.,..

Integrity issues.... normally ICA will reject from the cases i see.... the are very stringent in this ar... However, they also talk about compassion because people judging your case is a human too. Try submitting, rejected, then request to see the ICA officer to explain and to understand the situation. Then work things up from there.. but PR... eerrr.. very difficult. Long term visit pass still possible ba?

1st you have to worry whether can your G/F comes in for ROM and get a LTVP and not thinking now about application of PR ... you are jumping to step 3 when you haven't achieve step 1 n step 2

Case 1 and Case 2 are Totally Different case from you ...

Work Permit Holder and/or Ex Work Permit Holder are NOT allowed to get married in Singapore without prior Permission from MOM ... someomore used different passport ...

For yours if you declared truly, you still got chance ... play the game correctly ....

If I were you .. I will not ask her to come in until the day of your ROM ... better chance ...

you have to look at the DE card for declaration as for now and NOT at the requirements for PR or LTVP ....

Thank you shysaint, so for DE card should yes for "enter sg with another ID" and also put yes for "ever prohibited from entering sg?

And for ROM she need to stay in SG atleast more then 21 days right? What if we got married on VN, recognize in sg?

Nowadays applying a PR is super tough so better follow the procedure and TS case is so complicated so better to follow the steps

Dont be suprise if LTVP is also tougher now cos got a PM from bro that his wife LTVP is only 6 month and not 1 year even though his background and income is good

Bro ... I have read that .... from what he is sharing .. the 6 mths is NOT LTVP ... coz they haven't even married yet and how can he apply LTVP as spouse .. he should be confuse with a VISA and the LTVP ...

DE card is the card that you fill in upon arrival into Singapore .. its like the 'white card' we fill up when entering malaysia.

ROM - ONLY 1 party need to fulfil the 21 days requirement, since you are a SC, you already fulfil that requirement.
