I have a problem and would really appreciate your advice.

Recently, I initate sex with my gf and she agreed. I was so happy but it turns out to be a nightmare to me. I couldn't erect to the max. Everything was fine. The foreplay was good, until when I tried to put on the condom and my lil bro shrink. It can only erect when I mast w my own hand. I'm thinking of a few possibilites that might have cause my erection problem.

1) Am I having erection problems?
2) Am I sensitive to condoms?

Just some additional infos,

I'm still a V so I might get too sexcitied.
I tried ways to get everything right but I guess I had just pushed everything too quickly.
She did mast for me but maybe her skills not that great yet as she is also a V. Her BBBJ also didnt wake my lil bro up much.
