It's questionable as a lot of chinese medicines contain dangerous levels of lead, mercury, heavy metals and even poisons such as arsenic. So many newspaper reports, so many people killed and hospitalized already.

But the best is still Ginseng.

I had very good results from it in the past.

It would work, if you get the real stuff and real cordyceps is more expensive than gold!

Not to mention so many unscrupulous chinese/tibetan traders used a lot of tricks such as inserting them with lead/heavy metals to increase the weight, fake cordyceps made from who knows what.

For pills or powders, if one is lucky, they probably add sidenafil to flour and sell it as cordyceps, if one is unlucky, they also add in arsenic due to lax to non-existent QC.

There was a recent writeup on cordyceps in one of the night tabloid on the different grades and market prices. Good grades wild ones are extremely expansive whilst cultivated ones are cheaper

Agreed, one has to be careful. I got mine direct fm the source where it's grown in northern china, prc friend owns a small Cordyceps farm.
I tried Cordyceps porridge when I visited the place...wah lao damn power! Better than all the 50+ types of pills potions powders n what nots I've tried over the years. I'd say nature's best for men's sexual health, small wonder why prices have sky rocketed over the years as local demand in china itself is more than supply.

try for a stress free life, with exercise, reduce alcohol and quit smoking. Reduce porn intake and soon your sword will revive its youth.

taking tonic is heaty and try to balance it (too heaty causes things like bad breath, pimples, which reduces ur chances of getting laid). Too cooling also no good for smallbro and kidneys
