Query on the power and points of some forumners

I think this may not be the right thread to post my this question but I don't know where else to post this question so I post here hence I hope some forumners don't zap me if they don't like, ok?!

I saw some samsters their points is only 40 but their POWER is 4 and I had seen some samsters with points of OVER 500 points but yet their POWER is only 1.............so my question is how this POWER and points thingy correlation works, I'M JUST curious to know., so why sometimes the more points a samster has, the LESS POWER he will have?? has anyone knows ?

FYI,

Level of power
- reflects on the number of years which the samster account joined till date.. take for instance if account is joined in year 2006.. till present 2012.. Counting by the number of years, (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012) you should have level 7 power..

Level of points
- a new samster account should start at level 21.. And as other samster bros up your points till level 40, you will be entitled for your power status, gaging from which year which your account joined..
- for every 3K points you attained, you will be entitled for additional 1 level-up in your power status..

In your case, you should have only level 2 for power when your points hit 40 points..
