java problem

i have java problem....its enable but all i get is a grey screen.....sometimes error click....
need help pls

what browser are you using?

try this.
1.uninstall the old version and install the latest version.
2. check the java control panel and make sure it is enabled.

i'm using internet explorer.
been there done that and i'm still seeing the grey part when i test my java
what java you have mine is java 7 something

did u check your java control panel?
make sure java is enabled.
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/javaconsole.xml
if still cannot, goto your control panel
remove java fx (if u dont need it) if u see it in your control panel
control panel>programs>uninstall a program

all i have is java 7 update 45
