Power went from 2 to 0

Hi, I used to have 2 power but now I have zero power. I'm not sure if it is a penalty for something I did?

u need a min of 40 rep point to have any rep power
someone must have negged you.

Thanks for the help bros. I think I was zapped because I thought I upped a bro as system told me I need to spread more power around before I upped him again. I guess I did not actually and got zapped. Hopefully I can explain the misunderstanding.
