What kind of animal rapes his own daughter? Prison sentance is a waste of national resources (i.e., yours and my tax dollars) to support a low life less than human scum of the earth. I say just hang him. Keep it simple and clean which is more than he deserves anyway.

children should be taught or educated early, that even their own parents are not allowed by law to abuse or anyhow touch their private parts.
