ica expert pls help. yesterday night i apply entry visa online for my ex wife. using SAVE link in ica website. all particulars fill in, included photo attached.
but during payment thru visa card, key all details in the card, click submit. there should be a pop-up window, showing reciepts and visa application reference number rite ? but cb, i using google crome, it kills off the pop up window, i cant see anything.
now, i check $30 already paid, but no e-mail notification. when i want to check status in enquary status, it need visa reference number n passport no, as the pop up window kill off, i cannot see or copy the reference no,
where can i check back the numbet ?
how to know my application have gone thru, or in pending state. ?
$30 deduct from my acc, can it be said the application is in pending ?
do they inform thru e-mail when the applucation is sucessful ?
or do i.need to re-apply ?

If processed show under pending
If not call bank for payment receipt. Write to ica

i using my ex card, issue in china ? how to get the reciept ?
wa.. write to ica ? i wonder they ever nreply...

i login using singpass..but it didnt show i have any pending...
cb..but y they cut the money
what lj, should notify applicant thru e-mail ma.. all nothing.
