Early stages or late stage phimosis everyone's advices is to go for circumcision.

But are there any bros who has experienced it and done any stretching exercise or routines to loosen the foreskin and no need to circumcise afterwards?

Why bother going through all the bother of stretching etc when circumcision is quick, easy and hugely beneficial?

i did the stretching exercises and what not. it works. just do it everyday with some warm water.
circumcision i have no comments. but i believe it is the better option. and anyway i did not circumcise after.

i had tried before stretching and it helps a little, but after a rough round with my gf i think it overstretch and when it heals it became more tight.

for long term solution circumcision is the way to go

i think the option of circumcision has to be discussed very carefully with a doctor. There are definitely pros and cons to circumcision. It is not something for everyone.

I agree bro. That's why have to find out from bros who had similar issue and avoided circumcision through stretching etc, consolidating these methods and information will be very useful for other silent bros.

There are no cons whatsoever to circumcision other than the risk of the surgeon botching the operation and this can easily be avoided by choosing the right doctor.

I wouldn't be endorsing the procedure if I had not gone through it myself.

It improved my sex life 10 fold.

Circumcision is for hygiene also, not just for skin tight issue. Yes, I have a friend of mine he got this issue, every time after sex his cock skin cannot be roll back, have to wait for a few days to roll by itself. His cock looks big and swell.

As for my case, during secondary school I already started practising pulling back my skin as much as possible, starting very painful and uncomfortable. Now my skin totally flex and soft already.

i practised stetching during the time when we were due for health check in pri 6.

i was stretching everyday, and finally on that day itself, after some "pushing" by the nurse, the mushroom head finally pops out. inwas quite naive that time, i didn't know how to slide it back. i was in pain when my dick erect, as the penis head was quite sensitive. after some time, i finally realised that it can be be hidden back into the cave. haha

and now my foreskin can slide back and fro easily.

better weight the pro and con for circumcision, as some had lost their sensitivity after the surgery. afterall, there are some many nerves in that area.

every surgery has always that minimal risk, even in the best of hands. A good surgeon just minimises that risk further. it does not make it 0%.

One of the cons of circumcision is that should there be a need for future use of the foreskin, you will not have this option (like in pelvic/penile trauma cases - where the foreskin can be used in the surgical repair process)

Nothing is zero risk. You should add the risk if getting killed while on your way for surgery if you want to be pedantic.

Life is all about weighing risk vs reward and the rewards of circumcision by a competent medical professional far outweigh all the risks involved.

Sensitivity aside one of the biggest benefits of circumcision is just how much cleaner everything is. My dick is still as fresh a daisy at the end of a working day. No more odors no more smegma.

agreed. that is why i say see a doctor to tailor and discuss that risk, indications and contraindications for the procedure.

again, it is not something for everyone. go google. there are indeed contraindications for circumcision.

Doesn't mean that you have a good experience with the procedure, the same experience can be 100% replicated on another individual.

i used to have quite extreme phimosis. when unerect the foreskin is longer than my penis head by 1/2cm.

when i started having sex the foreskin wouldn't really roll back as well.

then one day while fooling around in a KTV with a drunk PRC she whipped it out and completely yanked down my foreskin. it didn't hurt that much cos of the alcohol. not much blood either. had some while crazy condom sex later as well.

after that the skin healed and started to swell for which i had to apply a steroid cream that brought down the swelling. now the skin is completely normal and rolls back eventhough there is so much of it
