There is no way that you can be 99% safe against catching STDs if you intend to perform the activities that you describe above.

Yes but the checks only cover 4 STDs and leave out those which are the most prevalent ie Warts and Herpes. They don't test for Hep B, C either.

I've known those who have not caught anything after years of indulging in commercial sex and then there are those who ended up infected on their first encounter.
