I cheong on a monthly allotment budget so no way to incur debts. Only way I see debts being incurred is either via credit card or kakis pay first. But cheonging expenses from my experience is primarily cash so I am perplex as to how debts can be incurred. Can anyone enlightened me? Noticed that 6 posted with debts.
