Pearly penile papules

Pearly penile papules are small, fleshy bumps that usually develop in rows around the head of the penis. It is not clear what causes them, but they have no other symptoms and do not pose a health risk.

Thanks for sharing, but what about those spots on the shaft? Are they Fordyce spots?

Thank you, very helpful chart. I’m not having any itch irritation or fluid bumps but will just go for a check cheers

If that is the case then you probably have nothing to worry about in my opinion and they seem to look more like fordyce spots to me on your shaft than anything else actually
