Worry about HIV transmission. Need advice.

Hey guys, since 2 years I had sex with nearly 20 hookers from spa's in KL city. Most of them is Asians from Vietname, Thai, Indonesia and China.

All the time I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. The condom not broken. So am not worry about the sex. All the time I received bbbj form the girls, but sudden time I give the hooker a oral sex (vaginal licking). I only do oral to the girl that I believe clean and hygienic.

My worry is about the hiv transmission during oral sex. Is I will infected if the vaginal fluids enter my mouth? I know the risk level is low but I still worrying like stupid.

Yesterday I went to health centre to do rapid text but they do lab test on me. They took my blood sample, unfortunately they said it will take 2-3 weeks to get the result. Why too long? I believe lab test only take few days. Now I need to wait for 3 weeks which make me more worried awaiting the result.

So I need your prompt advice guys. What is the transmission risk level for me?
I already decided to quit cheonging, it make me worry about my health.

you already know your risk of getting HIV from oral sex is low.
the chances of you getting other STD is much higher, read here

Do note that there are various HIV testing methods..depending on which on you did , you could wait 2 week for the result

If this is the case then you only need to worry about is STDs but other than that you should be fine and if you are sexually active its always good to have a biyearly checkup on yourself on STDs and etc
