Tatoos are quite common. any house will have at least 1 tatoo gal
As for body piercing . i have seen navel piercing . if you are looking
at nipple, clitoris, outer labia piercing, none that i know of.

in all my years in GL, I have never seen this type of gals at all in GL.

At most, they only have very inconspicuous and small tattoos, not the super hardcore tatooed all over the body type.

Just to share, the only gal who I bonked who fit this thread's title to the T (tattoo all over her body, navel and tongue pierced and all over her ears, and have kinda gothic vibes) was this tall Russian gal I had in Jakarta in 2017.

The biggest tattoo i have seen in GL is probably Rong Rong's very famous Scorpion tattoo on her upper back. Bros who had her for sure knows what I am talking about here.
