sleeping problems.
Any of you have unusual sleeping problems?
i mean, i just cannot sleep until around 5am. so, what do you guys do? watch TV, surf here, chat, ? do you take sleeping pills. whats your home remedy? |

If you do an hour of exercise daily you should have no problems falling asleep at night.

Do u oversleep during daytime? Make it a habit to wake up in the morning even tat day u r off, occupy ur day with tasks to do, so at nite u will naturally feel tired n fall asleep easily. Dun eat or take any caffeine drink if u r going to bed. Dun watch horror or too exciting film b4 bedtime. Try to drink a cup of warm milk, it will help. Most important, dun bring ur worries to the bed. Listen to soft music, keep u relax, keep ur mind blank, think of nothing......relax n asleep....
