好地方at Zhangyang Lu is closed temporary since 8 Feb, I think no pay ang pow to GongAn lah. May be re-opened in a month's time.

They opened a new joint at Pudian Lu and Pucheng Lu junction, 4th level (just above the Supermarket lah) since last Saturday. Last 3 days got promotion, tub at RMB168, and when exit, if u got a Red Heart or Joker from a stack of cards, FOC .....I got mine FOC:D (but I paid RMB98 for an extra hour). hehehe............happy massage!

Did some recce with my SGP colleague in Pudong.. We went to the 好的方 joint over at 张扬路 however its still closed due to the renovation but it will be open next month.. We then hop over to 浦电路 their new joint over which is relatively new which is about 10 minutes away by cab..

Si Yuan @ 818 Zhang Yang lu is going at RMB880 after the massive renovation - this is steep up from the price that I 1st knew.

Bodi @ Long Yang lu is going at around RMB890.

But still can find bargain.

Ming Dian behind Yaohan is still going at RMB580 in the afternoon. After 6pm (?) it is RMB680.

Their sister joint at Ling Ling Lu (Puxi) is going at less than RMB 500 for the full course.

If you are an employee working for a SG firm, you could ask your company to put part or all of your pay into your SG account so long as you managed to live on the allowance &/or whatever part you choose to be paid in China.

but i agree, the less Maos you have the better it is. the more you have the faster you spend.

You are right on increase the tax deductible. But most MNC dont help you to invade tax. However if u give them a good reason they might accept.

When I move to my current company, I told my gf will moving to shanghai so I need to stay in a bigger apartment. This also sort of gave them an assurance that I would still be working here for longer term.
My actual rental is only half of my allowance, but I get fa piao for my full housing allowance and I pocket the rest after I pay my rent. Of course I need to pay the 5% tax on the difference in order to get the full amount fa piao.
Then I told them that in Singapore CPF is our pension scheme, so I request them to buy saving insurance for me about same amount as Singapore employer share, so when I leave china 1 day, I can cancel my policy and get back the money. Depending the duration I keep the policy and the market situation, I might made some interest or lose some admin charges up to 5%.
meal allowance I think it's also tax free, but I didn't get any.
Thats all I know about how to increase tax deductible. Not sure got other method or not, maybe others can share more.
Totally agree with guys who suggest to keep the Mao and invest. No point sending back the money, need to find ways to invest to fight off inflation if not the value of the in the bank will inky decrease

Then I know of people who would tongpang their visitors to help them bring back. But how much can one bring back? Very tedious affair when you have alot to get it out.

Asking local PRC to help get the money out is yet another way. With the liberalisation, each of them has USD50k allowed every year to bring out. Would you trust them?

I also know that there are people who would give their RMB to somebody [recommended by friends etc] and that somebody would arrange an agreed S$ amount to be credited in your bank account in SG. This is based on trust which I won't do since I don't know the counterparty well.

Finally, I am aware of folks who would arrange to meet up with the counterparty at the bank counter. I bring my RMB and he brings the agreed amount of S$ or US$, I would bank in the RMB in his account and he will bank in the foreign currency in my multi currency account in Shanghai of the same bank, same branch, same time. So on the spot, my account got credited by the S$ and his account got credited the RMB. These people typically need the RMB for their biz. But I could not find lobang for this one. Any bro can share any such contact.

Am desperately looking at safe ways to go around it without having to go thru that troublesome SAFE (State Admin for Foreign Exchange). You should be able to guess the amount to worth the trouble.

Bro ebonkie, try to estimate the amount you need to spend in Shanghai to reduce the hefy bank charges. Drawing from the ATM is really not worth. Besides the horrendous exchange rates you get but cannot control, you will also be charged transaction fee like in OCBC 3% - min S$5 and max of S$20 per transaction.

Expensive lah. S$20 = RMB100. Two of these transactions (RMB200) can go for a normal good oil massage leh. I know of a place that give you 150 minutes (yes, 2.5 hours) of oil massage (HJ included) and foot massage for RMB 238! Warning, it is not so close to the city area. But it is within the middle ring road, Pudong and there is not many SYT - only 2 pretty ones. The rest I no want. Anybody keen to know this place?

The other way is to bring in RMB to Shanghai whenever you are back SG. Money changers in SG seem to give better rates than the banks. But you still need to change your S$ into RMB and HSBC generally don't give good rates. Local banks [they all used the same exchange rates quote I think] tends to give better rates. That is my experience so far. Pls correct me if I am wrong.

BTW, that not very tall SYT receptionist at the HSBC Premier LJZ IFC looks very sweet leh. Wish she is bonkable. Have been trying to act blur each time I go there. Just an update on the Mata inpsection experience, info I understand today from some sources.

If one is suspected of any vice activities conducted within a Massage establishment, both the Man and the Gal may be taken back to the station and can be detain for 24 hours.

At the station, the Mata will tell the Man that the Gal had admitted, and the Mata will also tell the Gal that the Man had admitted (same trick Mata used everywhere in the world), but as long as neither side admit to any vice activities (if not caught with your pants down, or while doing a BJ or FJ....which the Mata will ask u to pose as Model for them on-site and they will take a Pic using a camera....even for HJ hor, they will ask the Gal to hold on to your KKJ and let them take Pic:o), and both also insist that no cash consideration was paid, both will be released after 24 hours (before the shift change). Another update for bros here in SHA.

A few years ago, when came to shanghai, i went to this place called Yuping Hotel. I remembered it was good because the girl quality was good and i went back more than once. After trolling through the pages here, i found the NEW one ... which is located on 莲花路, 1733号 (1733 LianHua Rd). Place is called 玉屏会所 (yuping hui suo).

As you reach 1733 ... there is a big hotel at the front. This is NOT where the sauna is. As you drive turn in (there is a cluster of buildings, like a commercial center), just drive straight ... the sauna is located at the end of the road.

This is quite far from city center (people's square), so, cab ride one way cost me 75 yuan.

Reach there, ushered in. Had to strip naked in the changing room. doesn't give you any clothes. Basically, walk naked to take a shower. Walk naked to drying area, then you get the usual shorts and robe. they prohibit taking cell phone, so, no small plastic bag to put your stuff. basically ... you just get to take your naked body.

Went up, told me arrange already ... ok go fishtank. At fishtank ... selection of girl was not very good. i would say mostly 6. After reading and cheonging in SHA, my preferred playground is still 玉屏会所 (yuping hui suo). Everytime when I go to Shanghai, I will stay at Warner Hotel which is a stone throw from "Yu Ping Hui Suo". It's directly the same entrance to Warner Hotel and just have to walk straight all the way till the end of the road.

I must say that the selection of gals here are quite good. There are easily more than 50 quality gals if you go at the right time.

I have tried a few gals during my last visit and my current visit (now).

Gal 878 is one of the ang pai here and her service is quite good.

Gal 818 looks good but enhanced boob and think work here quite long already.

Gal 61 is quite pretty and service is good as well.

Gal 03 is a big busty gal (born in 1986) and very chio looking. Just had a tarma with her and another gal 11 (born in 1989). Gal 11 is quite ok looking but very horny and keep asking to ramp her fast and hard.
