Jurgen's starting line-up looked a bit puzzling but it seems he got it right, particularly with the changes!
A lot to be said to just about finish the game with your strongest team and that was without Coutinho, Lallana, or Sturridge featuring at all tonight. The depth and options off the bench are what shall make us really competitive.
Solanke looks good and the Ox did not do too badly either.
Mignolet however once again showed that he can't be relied upon and on another day would've meant we played the second half with 10:eek: Perhaps Karius should now be given a chance to turn out in our EPL matches?
Finally who else but to our Egyptian Pharaoh! Salah has now had a hand in 14 goals in his 14 games for Liverpool in the Premier League (12 goals, 2 assists). What a smoking hot player and long may his rich vein of goal scoring form continue:cool:
Great end to November! We move on to Brighton on Saturday and let's hope our Fanta Orange boys collect another 3 precious points to keep up the pressure on United, Chelsea and Arsenal(think can forget about City though:D).
Bro, agreed with you.
Mo Salah play as sub, came on 67min and scored 2 beautiful goals to pull away from Harry Kane as race for EPL golden boots.
Sadio Mane has a 1 on 1 but couldn't put away.
Surprised that Solanke given a start. Solanke can hold the ball and some shooting chances too. He back heeled to Mane to score the first goal. Firmino could have tap in but since goal bound he didn't.
Ox and Firmino was hard working tormenting the defence.
Our defence was shaky too and Stoke could have scored with their chances.

I still don't know what to think about Klopp why on earth did he make Shaky Simon the captain ??? Aren' t there any other that is fit to wear the captain's arm band ? Heng Shaky Simon was not lucky to be sent off . I think Klopp should continue using 4 -4-2 or 4 - 2 - 2 - 2 when all forwards are fit . Glad to see Hendo drop to the bench. Certain players took their chances well and Klopp will have a selection headace. For once the bench looks strong. Congrats to Mane and Salah for having to score the goals . A well deserved 3 points earned . Now for the next game .

Oh man!!! Lallana's injury has come back to haunt him. The guy has a small issue again and has yet to train. What's with the injuries preventing the players from playing?!?! He is going to be 30 years young in May 2018 and I hope his career is not stopped now!!!

Funny Liverpool line-up versus Brighton.
Jurgen Klopp revealed the surprise Liverpool line-up that romped to victory at Brighton and Hove Albion had barely 20 minutes together on the training ground.
With Joe Gomez joining Joel Matip on the sidelines and Ragnar Klavan only healthy enough for bench duty, midfielders Emre Can and Gini Wijnaldum both featured in a back three at the Amex Stadium.

In the 6 league games since being crushed by Spurs we have 5 wins, 1 draw, scored 19 conceded 3. Great stuff:cool:
Lots of credit to Klopp on that team and formation! Looked odd as hell but it worked! Gini looked a little shaky at times but overall it was pretty stable. Hopefully Klavan and Gomez can recover from illness. We need all the defenders we can get!! That Mignolet save was so crucial and never was that a penalty against us!
Firmino was off the charts today, when he plays like that he really is an incredibly unique and special player, his 2nd goal was pure class:cool: As for Coutinho, once he got away from the shackles and into the game he was just like the best kid in the playground!!
And a shout out for Robertson, thought he was very solid and did his future chances no harm at all.
Big big week coming up now, Spartak first followed by our home derby. A fresh Mane will help matters. I would even be tempted to start Daniel!
Finally did Houghton refuse to shake Klopp's hand at the end?!

Credit to our defense who stood strong especially when 2 midfielders played defenders.
Henderson keeps passing the ball backwards when the team tries to break forward which was really irritating.

Commendable performance from Liverpool and the bitter pill was the soft penalty which Henderson gave away.
Salah was so very desperate to get on the score sheet and his disappointment was obviously when his number was shown to be substituted.
I think Klopp has deadly attacking options at his disposal when players are healthy and the defense is the area he should be heavily investing. :p

It was indeed another well placed attacking intentions which Liverpool used . Kudos to the guys upfront for scoring the goals including that headless chicken . True I can also see Salah getting a bit tired . Again it was the same player who likes to pass sideways and gave away a silly penalty . First time see Klopp employing 3 defenders at the back . This is a big problem for Liverpool .FSG and Klopp really have to buy at least 3 defenders . Now Liverpool have to win the next game in order to progress to the next round . Well done team . :D

Firmino!!! This player received so much negativity. When he is not scoring he is either pulling the defenders away or pressing the opposition. He will probably make some fans eat their own words!!!
The club management needs to keep Coutinho. That will happen if Liverpool wins either the PL or CL this season. Time is ticking for the club. FA Cup is useless!!! Liverpool attack is as strong as Russian army but the defense is weak like Iraq.

Need time to build up the squad.
Most teams build a team from the back but Klopp from the front. Leicester won the league title with solid defence, fast pace counter attack and fortunately, other bigger clubs were struggling with new managers.
Klopp will never success in EPL with current players. He will need to overhaul the defence and find someone to replace Henderson and Can. He had the time but nothing was done. How many transfer windows he needs to overhaul Liverpool? The best managers are in EPL, Pep, Mou, Conte.... Klopp is lacking behind these managers in term of overhauling the team.

Liverpool 7-0 Spartak Moscow
Champions League, Anfield
Wednesday, December 6, 2017
Goals: Coutinho (pen 4′, 15′ & 50′), Firmino (18′) Mane (47′ & 76′), Salah (85′)
Loris Karius (out of 10) – 7
Karius came in for Simon Mignolet, as is always the case in Europe, and it was a very easy night for him.
The German got down well to make a solid early save, but did misjudge one sprint out of his goal and clattered into Gomez, fortunately not to his side’s detriment.
Otherwise, he was as much a spectator as those watching on from all four sides of Anfield.
Joe Gomez – 7.5
Gomez is the more solid right-back option than Trent Alexander-Arnold, and it was another faultless defensive performance by the youngster.
He didn’t make too many attacking forays – he didn’t have to, such was Liverpool’s dominance – and generally cruised through proceedings.
Dejan Lovren – 7
The Croatian’s form has been improved of late, and he will have been happy to come through another game unscathed.
Whenever he was called into action he did his job, especially when it came to aerial battles, and he will see this as another positive step in the right direction.
Received a warm applause when replaced by Alexander-Arnold on the hour mark.
Ragnar Klavan – 7.5
Klavan returned to the team after missing Saturday’s 5-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, and it was an extremely straightforward night at the office.
The 32-year-old made one superb block shortly before half-time, and another good one in the second-half, and cut an authoritative figure throughout the evening.
Alberto Moreno – 7
Apart from 16 disastrous minutes against Sevilla in Liverpool’s last Champions League outing, this has been a strong season from Moreno.
He was again impressive against a hapless Spartak Moscow outfit, until injury cruelly ended his night late in the first-half.
Hopefully, a long spell on the sidelines isn’t imminent.
Emre Can – 7.5
Can was preferred to captain Jordan Henderson in the deep-lying midfield role, and he was a dominant figure on a great night at Anfield.
One stupid early tackle earned him a yellow card, which rules him out of the first-leg of Liverpool’s next Champions League game, but he was otherwise imposing in all facets of his game.
Gini Wijnaldum – 7
This was a typical Wijnaldum performance – under-the-radar, sensible but ultimately effective.
While more illustrious names were strutting their stuff in the final third, the 27-year-old was an industrious presence who snapped into tackles, used the ball well and worked his socks off.
Playing much better of late.
Philippe Coutinho – 9.5 (Man of the Match)
140417
It was a proud and memorable evening for the Brazilian, who skippered the Reds in Henderson’s absence and took home the match ball.
His night leading the team got off to the perfect start, as he stroked home an early penalty to ease any nerves inside Anfield. It was Liverpool’s fastest ever home Champions League goal.
Coutinho then finished coolly to get his second of the night soon after, and completed his hat-trick with a deflected effort. He is a player right at the top of his game.
Mohamed Salah – 8.5
Yet again, Salah terrified the life out of the opposition, and he played an integral role in Liverpool cruising to such an overwhelming victory.
The 25-year-old won the penalty that Coutinho converted, played a key part in the captain’s second and got his 18th goal of the season late in the day.
His speed and movement was unstoppable all night.
Sadio Mane – 8.5
Out of Liverpool’s much-lauded ‘Fab Four’, Mane was probably the least effective on the night, yet he was still very impressive.
Some rusty finishing and end product let him down on occasions, but straight after half-time, he rifled a stunning volley into the Kop net.
The Senegalese should only get better after an injury and suspension-blighted campaign – that should be worrying for Everton ahead of Sunday’s Merseyside derby.
Roberto Firmino – 9
What a fantastic footballer.
This was another superb showing from Firmino, who showcased his brilliance at leading the line in his own subtly magnificent way.
He laid-on a beautiful, unselfish assist for Coutinho, got his 13th goal of the campaign with a nice finish and generally made Liverpool tick from the front.
Got a richly-deserved standing ovation when he was substituted.
Starting XI Average Rating – 7.81
Substitutes
James Milner (on for Moreno 45′) – 8
Sent in a great cross just two minutes after the interval, which Mane fired home superbly – and added another two assists before full time! A reliable all-round display, in standard Milner fashion.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (on for Lovren 59′) – 7
The teenager was a lively presence, bringing more attacking quality from right-back than Gomez.
Daniel Sturridge (on for Firmino 71′) – 6.5
Looked a little rusty, but didn’t have a huge amount of time to make an impact.

Alan Shearer has a message for Klopp!!!
So instead of blaming the referee blame yourself and blame your players for stupid defending and not going 2-0 up when Mane goes through
Instead of putting the guy in who's still learning his trade (Solanke) in such an important game play your big names
escobar43535
11-12-2017, 02:22 PM
Where to start?
Jurgen leaves his two most influential and in-form players on the bench for such a crucial game, inexplicably substitutes his best player at a crucial point in the match, Henderson shooting the ball skyward and anywhere but straight and level, Mane going for personal glory instead of passing the ball to two open attackers for an easy tap-in, and, gosh Lovren... totally stupid and needless tackle for such a supposedly seasoned player, and then having the gall to argue with the ref over the penalty decision.
Recipe for losing or drawing a match:(
Our 20% Shot Accuracy (excluding blocked shots) stat just about sums up the game and is what cost us. Wayward finishing and wrong decisions on the pitch. Deserved or not, we lost 2 points today when we shouldn't, having controlled the entire game. But if you keep missing your chances, you take the risk of being caught, like we were today.
On the bright side, we are still in the Top 4 and if it remains like this until the end of the season I shall be happy because City are running away with the title.
Also must say I thought Gomez was outstanding last night. Potential superstar:cool: Won't be long before he moves to CB.
On a lighter note, Carra's best line last night: "If Everton play any deeper, they'll be in Stanley Park", that and Mourinho apparently getting water and milk sprayed on him together with an empty plastic bottle hitting his head after acting like the sore loser shit stirrer scumbag that he is when United lost to City at Old T last night:D

When you are having a derby match one would expect the manager to field the stronger side . Sadly Klopp again rotate his players . The positives to take from this match Gomez ; Robertson ; Ox played well . Only Solanke was so so not much impact . Shaky Simon did not make any mistake . And yes it the referee was correct in warding a penalty to Everton. Really don't know what Lovren is doing. He is indeed becoming a big liability for the team . It is certainly nice to finally see Danny Ings coming back into the team . Hopefully he can stay injury free . Well this game have to blame on Klopp on his selection of players . The team was not ruthless enough to convert all those chances towards goals . Big Sam got his tactics right and deserve his point. Liverpool felt like losing 2 points .

Not protecting Klopp here but the way the team played, we would have won maybe 80% of the matches. There were some fresh faces but they injected plenty of energy into the game.
The only failure was not scoring that 2nd goal that would have force Everton to play a more expansive game.

Buxton: Klopp must drop Lovren before it's too late
Croatian defender's unforced errors have cost the team again and again
Richard Buxton
Columnist
TNP
Dec 13, 2017
Dejan Lovren is no longer the architect of Liverpool's mistakes. He is the mistake.
Juergen Klopp cannot see the wood for the trees and, seemingly, neither can the Croat.
Reds legend Jamie Carragher's advice that Lovren should "get back in the dressing room" after costing his side maximum points against Everton on Sunday clearly fell on deaf ears.
Storming through the bowels of Anfield after the game, he criticised and castigated anyone who dared disagree that he was the wronged party in conceding a late penalty.
Short-sighted though it may have been, Klopp's greatest folly was not omitting Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho from his starting line-up in the Merseyside Derby.
It was that, despite everything, the heavily maligned defender's name remained on his team sheet.
Through it all, the Liverpool manager's patience with Lovren appears limitless when some of his teammates have found themselves marginalised for less.
But that special treatment must finally run out when West Brom travel to Merseyside tomorrow morning (Singapore time).
Individually and collectively, the 28-year-old has cost Klopp's side at least nine points in all competitions.
Everton are not alone in benefiting from Lovren's unforced errors. Tottenham, Sevilla and Watford also prospered before them.
Four fatal mistakes from 18 games is still four too many, particularly for a player with over 100 outings and supposedly at the peak of his career.
Had Liverpool not disgraced themselves with a ham-fisted pursuit of Virgil van Dijk last summer, they could have been sitting second in the EPL, two points clear of Manchester United and closing the gap on runaway leaders Manchester City to just nine points.
The Dutch centre back is by no means faultless but still far less error-prone than Lovren.
Be it next month or in the summer transfer window, Klopp has to right the wrongs of the van Dijk saga.
Until that time comes, however, the German coach must come to terms with the fact that Lovren is unlikely to improve, no matter how many opportunities he is afforded.
Klopp is no stranger to handing a baptism of fire to youngsters, particularly this season.
Dominic Solanke, 20, was plunged into the spotlight against both Everton and Stoke City in recent weeks, while Trent Alexander-Arnold, 19, has found himself alternating with 20-year-old Joe Gomez at right back.
Gomez has deputised flawlessly in Nathaniel Clyne's prolonged absence, coming of age after a lengthy injury layoff had curtailed an impressive start to his Liverpool career.
Klopp had barely parked himself in the Anfield hot seat before losing the versatile defender's services.
Almost a decade Lovren's junior, the new England international has shown himself more than capable of operating at a level far above his under-performing teammate.
Versatility has been Gomez's greatest obstacle in making a positional shift into a preferred role of central defence.
Fragile confidence is also a non-issue, with the youngster showing no signs of copying the hissy fits which have become as synonymous with Lovren as his costly errors.
Klopp saw, from a distance, the damage that Mario Balotelli inflicted on the former manager.
If Brendan Rodgers had his time again at Liverpool, indulging the Italian striker would certainly not be on his to-do list.
It ultimately cost his side a place in the Champions League.
Lovren may not be as incendiary as Balotelli's maverick personality but he remains no less catastrophic.
History could repeat itself if Klopp does not belatedly see the error of his ways.

Congrats to our Egyptian Pharaoh and hope he ends this season with the golden boot:cool:
Mohamed Salah named BBC African Footballer of the Year
By Piers Edwards
BBC Africa sport
Egyptian Mohamed Salah has been voted BBC African Footballer of the Year for 2017.
Following a record number of votes, the Liverpool star won ahead of Gabon's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Guinean Naby Keita, Sadio Mane of Senegal and Nigeria's Victor Moses.
"I am very happy to win this award," the 25-year-old told BBC Sport.
"It's always a special feeling when you win something. I feel like I had a great year, so I'm very happy."
Salah, the Premier League's top scorer with 13 goals, has enjoyed a stellar year for both club and country.
In early 2017, the forward was the central figure for Egypt as they finished runners-up at the Africa Cup of Nations.
He also had a hand in all seven of the goals that took the Pharaohs to their first World Cup since 1990 - assisting two and scoring five, including the stoppage-time penalty against Congo that qualified them for Russia.
"I want to be the best Egyptian ever so I work hard," added Salah, who is the third player from Egypt to win the award and first since 2008.
"I always follow my own way and I want everyone in Egypt to follow my way."
Salah's form at club level has been every bit as impressive as it has in internationals.
In Italy, he scored 15 goals and made 11 others as he helped Roma finish second in Serie A, their best league placing in seven years, prior to joining Liverpool and scoring 13 times in his first 16 league games.
"I would like to thank my Liverpool team-mates and I also had a good season with Roma so I have to thank my team-mates there and my team-mates in the national team," said Salah.
"Since I came here, I wanted to work hard and show everyone my football. I wanted to come back to the Premier League since I left, so I am very happy."
Salah has taken the Premier League by storm this season, in contrast to a less impressive spell in the division with Chelsea between 2014-15.
"It's well-deserved," said Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, who handed the trophy to the player at the club's Melwood training academy.
"I am a really lucky person. I had the opportunity to work with a few outstanding players and I am happy that it is now with Mo.
"The good thing is that he is still young, there is a lot of space for improvement, a lot of potential still that we can work on, but that's how it should be. It's a big pleasure, to be honest, to work with him."
By winning the BBC African Footballer of the year prize Salah adds his name to a list of legends including Jay-Jay Okocha (Nigeria), Didier Drogba (Ivory Coast) and Michael Essien (Ghana).
"I am very happy to be like them in winning this award," said Salah, who follows compatriots Mohamed Barakat (2005) and Mohamed Aboutrika (2008) in receiving the trophy.

We quite simply need a proper world class striker - we can score goals for fun when our midfield/forwards are allowed space but it's games like this one and against Everton when you need that kind of player(which we currently lack) that can attract the ball like a magnet in the box and is a lethal finisher.
The Salah header comes to mind, in both tonight and Everton.
Had that been a natural centre forward, he probably scores both. There was even a moment when the ball goes to Firmino tonight, 10 yards out and he tries to take a touch and gets crowded out, ideally you want a player whose instinct is to hit it first time.
We created enough to win the game, but we aren’t clinical enough at times, especially in these games that small margins decide. We are a pretty team but just can't do the ugly stuff it takes to be true champions.
Sure we can win games the pretty way but not when we need to bully, breakdown and grind out wins against lesser 'park the bus for a point' teams. Arsenal are now our are identical twins.
Ref made a big mistake though as the Solanke 'goal' was indeed a goal, but that said the Baggies were worth the point, which says a lot about our performance.
Maybe playing away from home the next two games will lessen the pressure on the lads a bit, because they don't do well under pressure at Anfield, and we've been under pressure two games in a row now, the first time caused by Klopp messing about with a winning team, and this time by the added pressure of needing a win, having dropped those two points. WBA gained a huge amount of confidence from that derby result, which they probably wouldn't have had if we had thrashed Everton. They had lost a lot of games and are helping to prop up the table.
The inexplicable changes Klopp made for the derby killed our momentum, and took away the Fear Factor we had been building up over previous games, scoring freely and playing some beautiful fast-flowing football.
It was dire tonight, and I just hope we can regain our composure and boa-scoring instincts soon, or we'll be out of top four contention by the new year.

Players are human too. Sometimes they have a good day and others day not too positive.
Some fans worship Ronaldo and Messi. Even these guys have bad days on the field.
I think Klopp must improve his squad in January but it will be very difficult. The window is tough and players will move carefully as not to harm their chances in the World Cup.

Disappointed we didn't manage to score . But WBA came to Anfield with the aim of defending . But most important of all it is a clean sheet and I hope to have more chances to play now that Moreno is injured.

Yet again another 2 points drop . I think Klopp need to start tweaking his tactics again . This time the midfield is at fault . Klopp and the team really need to find a way to by pass teams who pack all their players behind the ball . I wonder why can't Liverpool just play long balls into the 6 yard box and hopefully find a Liverpool player who can head or score a goal ?

Bournemouth is an attacking team.... been playing that way since their days from the Championship ever since Eddie Howe took over as manager. Their players are hard runners who never stop running during the game. This may work against them as they had 2 tough away games and tomorrow is their 3rd game this week so I think their players will be tired since they have small squad and cannot rotate like Liverpool. But last season they beat Liverpool 4-3 in a 2nd half fightback win after down going 3-1 at halftime.
I think Liverpool have players with fresher legs and will win this game. :p

Well done The Reds! No one played badly last night. And that's saying something!! You don't see that happen very often.
When we play with that kind of commitment and tempo not many can match us. One of our most complete games of the season. Also, we seem to play better away from home:D
The Ox was excellent, didn’t see what the point of buying him was but I have to say, every performance this season has been good and today excellent:cool: Robertson was very good as well! It's going to be a sad day when Coutinho eventually leaves us for Barca though, what a mighty little magician:(
A few interesting and hopeful stats:
We have kept 13 clean sheets in the last 24 EPL games. The most of any side in that period! Encouraging if we can build on it.
LFC are the first team in top-flight history to have won four consecutive away games by a margin of at least three goals. Record:cool:
With his strike, Salah became the first Liverpool player to get 20 goals in a season before Christmas since Ian Rush in 1986-87!

2 interesting things caught my eye in this morning's papers.
A. Burnley currently 6th in the EPL Table have won 9 matches(same as Liverpool) and are just 2 points behind us. But what I find really interesting is when you compare Burnley's goal stats to ours!
In the 18 matches played, Burnley have scored 16 and conceded 12(which btw is joint top in conceding the least goals together with City and United), whereas Liverpool have scored 38(third highest after City and United) and conceded 20(joint lowest of the Top 7 together with Arsenal).
What does this all mean? Well obviously you don't need to score more than 1 goal a match to win and get those 3 precious points so long as you shut down your own net and don't concede any goals.
Perhaps Klopp needs to seriously look at a plan B with this in mind(to grind out results) for the remainder of the season, particularly when it comes to 'parking the bus teams'.
B. Quote from Klopp after the Bournemouth match: " They are good - that is why they are at Liverpool(Fab 4 etc) - but they need to be consistently good because we are Liverpool. We are consistent, but we have to be more consistent in decisive moments. At the WBA game (0-0), they were exactly the same players but they didn't hit the target. We had a few games like the WBA game - not performance wise- but results wise."
With that in mind let's get the business done at the Emirates on Friday night to kick off the festive season on a winning note!

Coutinho is going eventually but I highly doubt its going to happen over this winter transfer season unless we get the right fit replacement which is also highly unlikely. What is significant though is that he ain't going to any of the other Top 6 EPL clubs, not even the 2 Mancs clubs.
As for Suarez leaving, let's get it straight here, no doubt the lure of Barca FC was there, but just as important was the fact that his girlfriend, and current wife, Sofía Balbi, had moved to Barcelona while he was still in South America which first lured him to Europe in the first place to be closer to her and finally ended together with her family in Barcelona itself;)

Yes, modern day good players not only want a good fat pay-cheque, they also want to be winning trophies. Not only cups but a chance in winning the big ones like League titles and CLs.
Look at what Liverpool has won this decade alone as we approach toward 2018,

I bitterly accepted draw was a fair result in d end.
We missed chances in the first half , took a healthy 2-0 lead but we allowed them to come back with 3 lightning goals.
We had to thank Cech for the equalizing goal. It should have been saved.
After 3-3 I guess both teams were resigned to shaking hands.
Yes I agree Mane has lost his confidence and looking less like a team player. Saw many of his misplaced passes. But guess JK also needed to give him more game time n others a rest. Debatable if we would have done better had Ox started.

Only good is our 4th place rival Arsenal is also inconsistent at the moment. i think only MU, Arse n Pool fighting for 4th. MU should be main threat.

Last night match was a fair result. Mignolet weakness has alwsys been high balls/crosses and Arsenal apparently knew about this weakness and targetting him with high shots.
Mignolet & Lovren have cost Liverpool to drop many points this season otherwise Liverpool would be 2nd position now.

Once again poor finishing and defensive mistakes made us lose 2 points. From the beginning of the season if Salah had better finishing he could have scored at least another 5 goals.
Klopp should have a better strategy to play the Fab 4 because it was clear that Coutinho's place in the midfield 3 created too much opening for Arsenal to use. Other teams would have use that and killed us but lucky for us Arsenal was sloppy just like us.
Mane was a disappointment as I expected him to be a force. Maybe in a few games he can get back his form and perform.

What Jamie Carragher said in the aftermath of the match which we should not blame Mignolet for his shortcomings . We should blame the manager instead . Klopp have had the whole of summer to rectify Liverpool's defensive woes but he only bought Robertson . If Liverpool is serious going to win the BPL table FSG & Klopp need to go out and buy a better goalkeeper ; 2 centerbacks ; a defensive midfielder ; a backup winger and another striker . Klopp should know his shortcomings and should have rectify the problems in summer . Now I know Coutinho and Can want to leave .

Must give some credit to Arsenal also. Their attacking force is also very potent! If defence don't make mistakes or got caught out of position, how are goals gona be scored? All 3 goals scored by Pool were also mistakes by the Arsenal's defence.
The best news is still the scums conceding a late goal in injury time last night!

I used to volunteer at Old Age Homes as part of my CCA during my secondary school days.... it can be very demoralizing and depressive if you are not strong mentally as we often find out so and so has passed away since our last visit only a month ago. Every time when we leave after each visit..... at the back of our minds is questioning will we be able to see you again on our next visit as we depart looking at those old faces.
I think it is a very cruel thing to do leaving your loved ones in an Old Folks Home especially those that have children or relatives.

Do not be too happy as this is Swansea and not Chelsea!!! Liverpool should have scored more goals. Firmino and Salah not sharp enough. OX is making good improvement and might be a key player in midfield if the team can get a strong defensive midfielder!!!
Coutinho's goal was a beauty. Liverpool should keep him!!! Make him the captain and pay him $200K a week. This player must stay and Klopp must sign players to improve the team not start from the beginning!!!

Not sure if Klopp had considered converting Can or Wijnaldum into a defensive midfielder. The problem is both of them likes to charge forward which might leave a hole in our midfield.

This is so funny. Check out what Mourinho said when United drew with Burnley!!!
Manchester City buy full-backs for the price of strikers.
2 days later Liverpool confirms the signing of Virgil van Dijk for £75m!!! The same price Mourinho paid for Lukaku!!! Mourinho must be shocked that Liverpool spent so much on a defender.
Liverpool still needs a central defender and a player to protect the back four!!! The team's attack is 3rd best in Europe so Klopp should sign quality midfielders to have a good balance.
Positive signs and maybe good days are not too far away.

Wow, paying inflated world record fee for a centre-back. This would make or break Klopp's stint in Anfield. Hope for Klopp sake, VVD would be a big sucess. One decent defender can only do so much if other duds/Klopp's personal favourites are playing along side with him in defence, making individual errors time and time again.

More than £180m spent on Southampton players. I will wait to comment on the impact of Van Dijk.
For sure we have shaken the football world by spending such a huge amount on one player. Especially this signing is a defender.
Since FSG took control of Liverpool the highest spending was on Mane which was around £37m. With £75m spent on Van Dijk that will be two Sadio Manes.

He wanted Mane, Salah, Keita, VVD. He got them now but Keita will join in summer. Available next season.
Can tell that Keita and VVD is not firing on all cylinders playing for their current clubs. They knew big pay day coming and dun need to play too hard.
