You can't just walk in to buy. I get mine from Pulse Clinic 2f of Times Square. They will do HIV, Syphilis, Hep, Liver / Kidney function test before they can issue you the bottle. I think most clinic will do the same thing.

You gonna pay around 5k baht for initial consultation including the 30 tablets. If you already have recent test results, you can skip some tests. Pulse Clinic has free HIV / Syphilis test every 6mths for each patient. If you go do that first, you can skip paying for these tests. It takes only 20 mins.

Condoms can also prevent HIV, if you are not going to raw the girls, you don't have to spam PrEP and it helps prevent other STDs too. Things I got through:

1. FL from Thermae; Thermae was overwhelming the first time but once settled down I found it a good experience overall. Good place to find a range of body types and personalities.

Both daily and on-demand PrEP regime uses the same medication. Apparently both same efficacy or a bit more to daily if dosage adherence is maintained.

Daily is as the name implies, taken daily. Start at least 7 days before sex to allow dosage to build up in the system and provide maximum efficacy.

For on-demand, I use the 2-1-1 dosage. 2 tablets 24 hours before, 1 on the day, and 1 after.

For cheonging trips I use the daily dosage. No point saving a few dollars, better to be safe to the max.

Back from first solo trip to BKK and settled back enough to post a review of my experience. Things I got through:

1. FL from Thermae; Thermae was overwhelming the first time but once settled down I found it a good experience overall. Good place to find a range of body types and personalities.

I think std/hiv drugs still have some regulations so cannot just buy over the counter. But for my personal experience on PEP (not PrEP) my last trip I went a bit crazy and raw 2 diff girls. Within 72hr I book an appointment with Pulse clinic before flying back SG.
